Our property offers non-face-to-face check-in and check-out.

You can self-check-in at the 'kiosk' located on the 2nd floor of the building.

-Enter and confirm the booker's name or reservation number

-Simple identity verification (!!physical ID card required!!) and face comparison

-Room card key issuance

Check-in is available from 4 PM.

If you arrive early and wish to store your luggage, please let us know at any time (property inquiry).

!Additional charges for early check-in

All guests are requested to present ID; refusal to present ID will result in restricted use (based on Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act).

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to minors staying together.

Rooms for 3 or more people - mixed groups of 3 or more, other than family units, are not permitted.

Please note that if indoor smoking is detected, a fine and deodorizing expenses may be charged in accordance with Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. Fire hazards such as event tapes and fireworks are not allowed (compensation liability arises in case of damage or fire).

Use for purposes other than accommodation is not allowed & prior inquiry is required for commercial video shooting.

Based on Article 153 of the Commercial Act) All money and valuables are the customer's responsibility & the company is not liable for loss.

Charges apply for lost card keys.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior may result in eviction & no refund.

Damage or theft of room items may result in criminal charges.

[Check-out Information]

Please take the room key provided at check-in to the kiosk and follow the check-out procedure.

Press the check-out button & insert the key into the key slot.

Please note that an extension fee may be requested if a certain amount of time passes after 11 AM (extension: 10,000 KRW / hour)

[Cleaning Information]

★Please note that we are not responsible for lost valuables when requesting cleaning during your stay★

-Guests staying 3 nights or more: (upon prior request) cleaning every 3 days (including bedding)/other amenity arrangement and replenishment.

-Guests staying less than 3 nights: No cleaning/However, (upon prior request) amenity arrangement and replenishment will be provided.
