[Rooms]

- Check-in at 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM

Please inquire separately regarding late check-out. (22,000 KRW per hour)

- Room cleaning takes place between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. (Cleaning is performed sequentially)

- Wi-Fi is free and accessible without a password, with a unique network name for each room number.

- Air conditioning is individually controlled in each room; you can adjust the temperature using the in-room control panel. (Underfloor heating is centrally controlled.)

Air conditioning is available only during the summer months.

- Complimentary bottled water is provided according to the number of guests per room type. (Additional charge: 1,000 won)

- A 10,000 won fee will be charged for a lost room key, and additional penalties will apply for damage or loss of items within the room.

Cooking Information

- Eating in your room is permitted; however, please note that food must be picked up at the lobby on the first floor. (Delivery drivers are not allowed to go up to guest room floors.)

(The front desk does not provide wooden chopsticks, paper cups, or access to a microwave.)

Smoking Information

All rooms are non-smoking; a penalty of 200,000 won will be charged to guests who smoke.

- Breakfast is served at the Evergreen Table Restaurant on the 1st floor from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (Last entry: 9:10 AM)

- The gym is located on the 1st floor, and guests may use it free of charge from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

- Use of the printer (multifunction device) in the Business Center is subject to a fee; please inquire at the front desk.

Parking Information

- Free parking is available inside the building during your stay.

- As part of our environmental protection campaign, we do not provide all disposable items in guest rooms. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, disposable toothpaste, toothbrushes, and razors are available for purchase at the front desk.
