Room numbers are randomly assigned by room type, and room keys can be issued via the kiosk. . How to Check In - After entering the 'reservation name' or 'reservation number' registered at the time of reservation, please receive your room key card. - One card is provided by default, and one more can be issued if desired. - When entering the reservation name, please enter your registered full name. (If your full name does not appear, enter your last name or part of your first name and check the 'number' corresponding to your name.) - When entering the reservation number, please enter the last 4 digits of your reservation number. . Access available with issued room key card -5F / 6F entrance and each room: Access available with check-in key card (A maximum of 2 cards are issued per room; please be careful not to lose them!) . How to Check Out - Click the “Check Out” button on the kiosk, then slowly insert the room card into the machine. - If you received 2 key cards, please check out one at a time, slowly. .
