Very clean and excellent.

The door didn't close well, so I had to pull it hard to shut it.. The bathroom sink had not been cleaned. Other than that, the view was amazing!!! Since it's newly built, the building is clean and I really liked it!!! I think I'll visit again!!!!
It's newly built so it's clean, and it's nice that all the cooking utensils are provided~~ I'll come again~~ ^^
Had a great time and rested well, thank you~~
I booked this place to visit Naksansa. There weren’t many reviews, but it’s a new building so I checked in after 11 PM. We stopped by Sokcho Market to buy food and ate dinner at an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant next to E-Mart, then went to the accommodation late. We parked in the basement without registering and went up to the assigned room, but the elevator was very slow. When I opened the assigned room door and stepped in, there were four disposable slippers right away and I noticed hairs, which put me off. The new-building smell was strong, but more importantly, the white marble floor was covered in hairs and dust everywhere, which made me really upset. Also, the bathroom ceiling fire detector kept beeping. I tried to contact management, but check-in is handled by a smart system so there was no on-site manager. The app asked me to leave a message, but you can only send messages for emergencies, and those weren’t read or responded to. I finally reached someone by phone, but it was the Seoul head office and they said they couldn’t send a vacuum or staff. Anyway, because the room condition was terrible and the fire detector kept sounding, they changed our room to another one on the 22nd floor. That room also had dust stuck to the marble floor, and the toilet had red stains. Overall the cleaning was very poor and unpleasant. Thinking the other rooms would be the same, we used the lint roller we brought and, exhausted, cleaned for a long time late into the night before we could sleep. The accumulated dust had been left so long it seemed stuck to the marble and wouldn’t come off, and the floor was so bad that the slippers stuck to it with each step. The room has individual heaters but it didn’t warm up quickly so it was cold, and in the morning the shower kept coming out cold before it finally turned warm. There are some disappointing issues. On the plus side, it has a washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toiletries, and cooking is possible, so it’s great for a family trip. Naksansa is within walking distance, and the best thing is the view — you can relax and see the ocean right from the room, which is fantastic. It’s unfortunate that there’s no on-site manager so communication is difficult, and dust shows up more clearly on white floors. It really seemed necessary for each room to have a vacuum cleaner. When I called the main number, the person in charge was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. If the cleaning improves, I would definitely return and highly recommend it.
I had a wonderful stay..
I was worried because there were no reviews since it is newly built, but the new building was clean and I was impressed by the view of Naksan Beach as soon as I entered. Since it is a residence, there was a washing machine and all the tableware was new, so we used them well. They provided a Nespresso machine and capsules, which I appreciated. They also responded immediately to various inquiries and resolved issues, so we were able to stay without major difficulties. We stayed for two nights, and after staying there I noted a few things that could be improved: 1. Cleaning service is not provided during the stay and must be paid for additionally. If there is no cleaning service, I would have liked at least a vacuum cleaner to be left in the room. Still, they provided bottled water, towels, and coffee capsules upon request according to the number of nights and guests. 2. There was no bidet in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. 3. The layout is awkward. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and bedding, and between the two rooms are a bathroom, one toilet, and a powder room. However, the bathroom and toilet doors are transparent, so it is difficult for multiple people to use them at the same time. It was nice to have one extra toilet, though. 4. Because it is an unmanned system, check-in and check-out were self-service and inquiries can only be made via chat. This may be inconvenient for elderly people or those not familiar with smart devices. It would be better if there were at least a main phone number for voice calls.

Maybe because it was built recently, it was very clean. But it is almost too clean. There are arrows stuck in various places pointing out small imperfections like grout lines on the marble floor in the rooms. Except for a convenience store, the shops on the first and second floors are vacant, and because the place is unmanned, ways to contact staff are limited. It is not bad for a family stay, but there are two toilets and only one shower, and that shower is enclosed with transparent glass connected to the other toilet. The two rooms are also connected to each other by an internal door, so that might feel odd. I added photos of each of the two rooms and one of the main bathroom in the middle.
