The place is a remodel of an old motel. Because of that there is no sink, which was very inconvenient, and there were some bugs.

Accommodation Notice

To ensure a comfortable stay, all areas inside the rooms (including bathrooms) and throughout the building are designated as non-smoking zones. If you are caught smoking, you may be charged for special laundry and disinfection costs, so please be sure to use the designated outdoor smoking areas.

If you need to use a washing machine, please use the designated laundry room, and please keep the provided towels and bedding clean. You may be charged a separate compensation fee in the event of excessive soiling or damage.

To ensure a peaceful stay for our neighbors and fellow guests, we enforce “Quiet Hours” after 10:00 PM. Please be mindful not to cause loud noise or disturb other guests on different floors. Please understand that excessive noise may result in your immediate removal from the property.

When checking out, please sort your trash into general waste, food waste, and recyclables, and place them by the trees in front of the building.

Cancellations or refunds are not available for refusals of check-in resulting from reservations involving minors sharing a room with adults. Identification may be required upon check-in for shared rooms; failure to present valid ID may result in refusal of check-in, and no refund will be issued in the event of cancellation.
