The open-air bath in the terrace spa room may be partially exposed from the outside.

Rash guards or swimsuits are required, so please bring them before use.

Due to the nature of a Self-Check-In Property, valuable storage service is not provided, so please take special care to prevent loss of personal valuables.

Compensation or legal liability may arise for damage/theft of key cards and room amenities.

Excessive noise due to drinking or loud behavior may result in eviction, and no refunds will be processed.

Criminal charges may be pressed depending on the case of damage or theft of items in the room.

OTT services such as Netflix can be used for free only with your own account.

2. No personal belongings or food allowed: Personal belongings should be stored outside to prevent deformation and ignition risk due to high temperatures, and please refrain from bringing food for a pleasant environment.

3. Responsibility for violating safety rules: In case of fire or facility damage due to violation of usage rules or negligence, compensation for damages may be claimed under Article 750 of the Civil Act, and criminal liability (arson) may be incurred under relevant laws. This is a measure for everyone's safety, so we ask for your active cooperation.
