Hyatt Regency Incheon Paradise City

A month ago I used Paradise, then after coming back from overseas I was so tired I stayed at the Hyatt. The accommodations were clean and nice. + Highly recommend the lounge’s fried eggplant and Asahi draft beer 👍🏻

I booked thinking this was Incheon Paradise. Shouldn’t that at least be mentioned on the main page?

It was really great. The staff were friendly. I liked the shuttle.

First of all, my own fault was the biggest: I was rushed for time and booked hastily without comparing options. I just learned that NOL has no price advantage at all. I naturally thought it would be cheaper than the hotel's official website, but it is not. After searching on NOL and seeing a message that there was 1 room left, I hurriedly booked, then discovered an event on the Hyatt official website. Cancellation was already impossible. On the Hyatt official site I could book a package cheaper than NOL that included breakfast and late check-out, so I wonder if using NOL makes sense. Even without using the official site event, the regular rates on the official site are the same price as NOL. I think I will rarely use NOL going forward. As for the hotel itself, the staff friendliness is 5-star, but considering the restroom cleanliness, the condition of room amenities, and the limited room dining menu, it falls well short of other 5-star hotels. If you get the same discounted price and it is cheaper than the Paradise City next door, then it could be understood as good value. Now that it has been taken over, I expect gradual improvements.

I have stayed at many hotels, but this was the first time the manager personally came out when my child was sick to ask about the child and show concern. My child had a fever and was having trouble with bowel movements, so we looked for an emergency room but none were available at that time. There was a 24-hour pharmacy, so we rushed there, bought an enema, got a prescription, and barely reduced the fever, then went to the pediatrician the next day. Even after checking out, I kept thinking about the hotel. Cleanliness and the view were good, and there were fun things to do nearby, but it was curious that when you turned on the shower or sink, after a short time the water pressure would automatically weaken and shut off. It seemed the hotel practices cleanliness and conserves resources. Overall, in many ways it felt like a true Hyatt hotel.
