Minors (including those born in early 2002) are restricted from sharing a room, and we may request to verify identification at check-in.

Cancellations or refunds are not available if check-in is denied due to minors sharing a room.

Additional fees apply if the number of guests exceeds the standard occupancy.

For each additional guest beyond the standard occupancy (2 or more guests), an on-site surcharge of 10,000 KRW applies for guests aged 0–13 and 20,000 KRW for guests aged 14 and older.

Rates are subject to change during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before).

Reservation Notice: Rates may vary during peak seasons, on specific dates, and on public holidays (including the day before). You may be assigned a room of the same category but with a different design. For Pool House Rooms A and B, the karaoke system automatically shuts off at 11:00 PM. Room rates are based on occupancy for two guests; for special room types, the number of guests must be confirmed directly with the property. For occupancy exceeding two guests, an additional on-site fee of 10,000 KRW per guest aged 0–13 and 20,000 KRW per guest aged 14 or older will apply. Please confirm directly with the partner property regarding the eligibility of minors to stay before proceeding with your reservation. Cancellations or refunds are not available for check-in refusals resulting from reservations involving minors staying alone. In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances at the partner property, a 100% refund will be issued. Room information is subject to change at any time due to the partner property’s circumstances. We are not responsible for any inconvenience resulting from such changes. Moving between rooms is not permitted, and gatherings of five or more people or alcohol consumption per room are prohibited. If caught, you will be asked to check out immediately without cancellation or refund.
