All visiting guests are requested to present identification, and please understand that usage may be restricted if ID verification is refused, based on Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Juvenile Protection Act.

Cancellations/refunds for denied entry due to reservations for unaccompanied minors are difficult.

Even for special rooms with a maximum standard occupancy of 2 or more, mixed groups of 3 or more, other than family units, are not allowed.

While room types may be the same, internal design and layout may differ, and rooms of the same type will be assigned randomly unless a specific request is made.

Please note that this property is a non-smoking building; in case of indoor smoking, a fine may be imposed under Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and associated costs related to deodorization may be charged.

Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. Tapes for events and fire hazards like fireworks are not allowed; compensation for damage or fire after use will be charged.

Rooms cannot be used for purposes other than accommodation, and for commercial video shoots, please inquire in advance.

In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, money, other valuables, and valuables in vehicles are to be stored at the front desk. The property is not responsible for money or other valuables not kept at the front desk.

When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible; a fee may be charged if the card key is lost.

Excessive noise caused by drinking or boisterous behavior may result in eviction, and refunds are not possible.

Damage or theft of room items may result in criminal charges depending on the case.

OTT services such as Netflix can only be used with your own account.

Parking space is limited to 1 vehicle per room.
