All rooms are for 2 people, and no additional guests are allowed. (Guests exceeding 2 people will be asked to check out)

For check-outs after the designated time, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW per hour will be charged.

Cancellations and refunds are subject to the Yanolja app's policy. Please contact their customer service for inquiries.

To prevent minors from checking in and to avoid incidents, all guests are required to present ID upon check-in. If you do not have ID, check-in is not possible, and refunds will not be issued.

Rooms of the same type but different from the photo may be assigned.

Please leave your card key at the front desk when going out. (A 20,000 KRW fee will be charged for lost keys.)

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to wallpaper from candle use or balloons, or damage to room fixtures and furniture. Compensation will also be required for stains on towels or sheets.

For multi-night stays, a day use fee will be added 1-2 times (depending on the day).

Rental items: Hair straightener, phone charger (if additional needed)

Free rental is available by leaving your ID at the front desk.

Basic amenities: Disposable chopsticks, lens case, saline solution, disposable wax.

If you need emergency medication, please request it at the front desk.

Lost and found: Unclaimed lost items will be kept for a maximum of 4 weeks before disposal.

One parking spot per room is the general rule.

Please inquire at the front desk in advance for parking before or after your reservation time.
