The Westin Seoul Parnas

The room condition, bedding, breakfast, and service were good.

I visited for the first time after the remodeling; the interior has been completely changed and is very neat.

Overall it was clean and the service response was good.

I used the late check-in option at a relatively reasonable price. Maybe because it was renovated, the room condition was good and I wanted to stay longer, but I had an early-morning schedule so I had to check out early, which was a real pity. I want to revisit next time and enjoy it more leisurely.

I already love this hotel and visit often. Among hotels near Samseong Station, I think it offers the best value.

It had been renovated recently, so the overall interior was stylish and the staff were extremely kind, which I really liked. However, the room felt somewhat small for a five-star hotel, no welcome fruit or tea was provided, anniversary gifts are only given for wedding anniversaries, the room service and lounge food and drinks tasted terrible, and the bellboys did not do their jobs. It was a hotel with clear pros and cons. The service relative to the price was so poor that I am not sure I would revisit.

It was even better than I expected~ Compared to other five-star hotels in Seoul, the rooms are spacious and the pool and fitness center, both in size and facilities, were excellent! It was especially convenient that I could control the room, order in-room dining, request extra amenities, and check breakfast and pool occupancy via the in-room QR code. Bongeunsa Station and COEX Mall are nearby, so you can have dinner or do some light shopping — the infrastructure was great and it was a very satisfying stay :) I like the Parnas brand hotels and have stayed at all of their five-star properties; among them, The Westin Seoul Parnas had the best infrastructure, facilities, and condition~ hehe

The room was okay. The bed was so-so. The staff service was really bad.

I came for a hotel staycation for my birthday and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, the floor-to-ceiling windows were spotless, and it felt very luxurious!!! I will choose this place again next time I stay in Gangnam!!!

The facilities were nice, clean, and comfortable. Especially the fitness club was the largest and best-equipped I have visited so far.
