The owner was kind, but it's a pity there is no dedicated parking space. There is a free parking area nearby. The facilities are decent, but it is disappointing that there is no elevator.
The bedding and cleaning were clean and it was quiet and nice. However, there are few parking spaces, which is inconvenient.
A friend came to visit and we tried the newly opened hotel together! First of all, the owner was very kind and the room was really neat. The sofa was especially soft and comfortable for relaxing🥹❣️ I usually have trouble sleeping outside my home, but I slept soundly here without waking up! The amenity scent was also very nice and overall it was a satisfying stay. Thank you so much for your service, owner, and I wish you prosperity 🥹🥹

I booked for a Japanese friend visiting. There is no elevator, but the owner is kind, the price is cheap, and it was renovated so it was clean and nice.
It says the maximum occupancy is 3 people, but 3 people cannot fit. 2 people is just right. It might be possible for a preschool child. Even for 2 people it's not spacious, just fits. The cleanliness is very good. Having a convenience store right in the building is also great. However, parking on the roadside is inconvenient.
I tried an ondol-heated room for the first time, and it was much more comfortable than I expected. The room was very warm~~ I don't know if it was remodeled or a new building, but everything felt brand new!! Plus there is a convenience store right on the first floor of the building, which is very convenient👍👍👍😍😍😍😁😁😁

The staff were friendly and the room condition was good. The bedding was soft and fluffy, which I liked. I knew there was no elevator before I went, so I have no complaint about that. However, as soon as you open the door you're greeted by a sewer smell. Even with the bathroom door closed and the inner door closed, the smell seeps through and comes into the room. There is an air freshener in the bathroom but it doesn't help. No matter what we did, the smell kept coming. I thought moving rooms would make no difference, so I endured it for a day. But the moment you open the inner door it's like hell, and opening the bathroom door is like the afterlife. Every time I used the bathroom my nose hurt and I felt nauseous. I can't describe the smell, even though we're on the third floor... ugh. I don't know what the problem is, it's unbelievable. The smell was really insane. Maybe it's just me, but the pillow was too high and my neck and shoulders hurt.. I chose this place because it looked neat and clean in photos and reviews, but I wish people would be more honest........ There was also no parking so I parked on the roadside. OMG
I had a quiet stay. The parking lot is insufficient.
It was quiet on the outskirts, but there is no elevator.
There was a new-house smell, so I left the door open a lot. It was inconvenient because there was no elevator.
