Tongyeong Tourist Hotel

I stayed here this time with my coworkers on a trip! The room had two super-king beds, so it was spacious and enough for four people — really nice! They were running a review event, and when I wrote one they extended checkout by two hours.

This time I splurged and booked the best Royal Suite, and it was the right choice. More than the large bathtub in the room, the real highlight is that the front and side walls are entirely floor-to-ceiling windows. From the high vantage point you get an expansive, refreshing view and can take in the entire Tongyeong panorama, so my eyes were treated the whole stay. The facilities were very clean and the bedding was cozy, so the whole family slept soundly during our two nights. There is also a small heated pool in the room that can be used like a private plunge pool, and my young son had a blast playing in the water. When walking around Tongyeong I sometimes felt brusque service elsewhere, but the hotel staff here were extremely kind, so we finished our 2-night, 3-day trip in a great mood. Even if you go just for the incredible front-and-side window view, it is worth the money. Highly recommend for accommodation in Tongyeong!

I was disappointed that there weren't many suitable places to stay in Tongyeong, but this time I used a place with good facilities and it was nice.

This was the accommodation I chose for my Tongyeong trip, and it was truly an excellent choice! It seems they recently completed a full remodeling because the room was very neat and clean and had a sophisticated feel. I stayed in a standard room, and it was more spacious than I expected; the bedding and overall cleanliness were spotless, which I loved. It was cozy and quiet enough to fully recover from travel fatigue. I can be picky about food, but the breakfast offered a variety of items like salads, bread, and eggs, and the dried pollack soup was really delicious. Also, it is close to Tongyeong IC and within walking distance of the central market, Dongpirang, Seopirang, Dipirang, the sculpture park, and Tongyeong Port, so the location is perfect for planning your itinerary. The staff were friendly, and I felt the place was well managed overall. This hotel combines cleanliness, comfort, and great value. Highly recommended for anyone considering accommodation in Tongyeong. I had a great rest!

We went on a family trip and, since there were many of us, booked one standard room and one VIP room. The standard room had ondol-style heated flooring so it was tidy, and the bedding was clean. Everything we needed was provided, from toothbrushes to a hair dryer. The hotel has been renovated so the entrance is very neat, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. The VIP room was absolutely top-notch... a large bathtub you don't usually see in tourist hotels and a view overlooking all of Tongyeong. If you are taking a family trip to Tongyeong, I definitely recommend it!

Returned to Tongyeong after 10 years~ Three families went out to get some fresh air after a long time and thanks to Tongyeong Tourist Hotel we had a proper healing trip~~^^ I booked because of rumors that it had been recently remodeled and had a good atmosphere, and it exceeded my expectations. Since it had not been long after the remodeling, everything was clean and the atmosphere was sophisticated~ They even paid attention to the lighting so the room ambiance was very nice. Above all, the shower and toilet were very clean and spacious, which made us feel even better. I am sure it will be a great choice for families with children because there is a double bed and a single bed. The double bed was wide enough that three people could probably sleep on it. Best of all, one side is all floor-to-ceiling glass, so from the ninth floor you get an open view and at night you can see a beautiful night view, making the entire stay feel very healing. The location was good, so we parked, looked around Dongpirang, and in the evening we went to Tongyeong Market and bought sashimi at a cheap price to eat, so everything was a satisfying trip. My younger sibling and their family are planning a Tongyeong trip next week, so I recommended it to them. During my travels there have been few trips that I remember because of the lodging, but thanks to this nice hotel I made great memories in Tongyeong and it was wonderful.👍👍👍😍

I went to Tongyeong and left very satisfied 😂 Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for a local tourist hotel, but I was surprised by the much more modern interior design and the clean room condition. Amazing 👍👍👍 Everything was very well maintained, so I had a pleasant and relaxing stay 🍀 In particular, I have rhinitis and asthma, so I pay attention to flooring materials, and I was very happy that it was laminate flooring rather than carpet 👍 I could stay comfortably without feeling stuffy or dusty 😂 And you must try the breakfast ✨️✨️✨️ It wasn't flashy but had everything you needed, and each item tasted good so I was satisfied ^^~ The yogurt and fruit were fresh, and a bowl of warm dried pollack soup with rice made my stomach feel comfortable. The bread and coffee were delicious too, so I started the day full and in a good mood. It's been a long time since I overate at breakfast, haha. If I visit Tongyeong again, this is definitely a hotel I want to return to 👍

When I checked in there was a persistent smell, so they changed my room. The new room had no smell, but the air conditioner kept turning off by itself after about 30 minutes, and since the weather was hot the room became very warm because of the AC not running. I have no intention of returning. The staff were kind, but the room was smaller than I expected.

My friend and I took a trip to Tongyeong in May. There was only one standard premium room available, so I booked it, and compared to the regular room it was vastly more spacious and quiet, which I liked. I would consider coming again! I leave with good memories.
