Palatium Haeundae by Sono Felice

It is a new property and close to Haeundae, so that was great. The elevator issue at checkout time needs improvement.

Clean and the service is good.

It's a new building, so it's clean and comfortable. It's a pity that the facilities haven't opened yet, but it's close to Haeundae and there are many restaurants nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient.

Great, great. The ocean view is amazing. If I go to Busan again I'll stay here. Awesome.

The rooms are very clean since it hasn't been open long. Access to food is good.

The view was nice and the staff were friendly, so I enjoyed my stay. The location is also great, so I'll come again when I visit Haeundae next time.

As a newly built hotel, there was nothing to complain about regarding the building and facilities. The location was excellent. Soundproofing and cleanliness were top-notch. However, there were a few shortcomings because the services were not fully completed yet. Since it is in Haeundae, it is very bright outside even at night, but there were only sheer curtains so it was too bright. The TV is only in the bedroom and not in the living room. The IP phone did not have the lobby number written on it.

Being on a high floor with an ocean view, the best part was being able to see Haeundae Beach and Dongbaekseom from the living room. The area around the accommodation is such a tourist spot that it was convenient to walk to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and it was nice for taking walks to Haeundae and Dongbaekseom. The place was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and overall I was satisfied with the accommodation. However, the water pressure was a bit low, so showering felt slightly frustrating.
