ARA Hotel is a non-smoking facility in all rooms.
Minors are not permitted to stay without an accompanying guardian.
Pets are only allowed in 'Pet-Friendly' rooms; access is restricted in other rooms (small/medium dogs (0-15kg) only).
Additional charge of 20,000 KRW per pet (payable at the front desk).
Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted, and guests may be asked to vacate immediately if found in violation.
Compensation costs may be charged for damage or loss of furniture and facilities in the room.
Violation of regulations may result in restricted use or immediate vacating of the premises according to hotel policy.
Refunds are not possible if entry is denied due to not bringing identification at check-in.
For exceeding the standard occupancy, an additional 20,000 KRW per person will be charged (payable at the front desk).
An additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be incurred for requesting extra bedding.

It was okay to stay. The bed is big and nice. There is some noise between rooms. The location is good.

A nice accommodation at a reasonable price
I booked a place in Busan for my mother to stay, and she was so satisfied that I'm leaving this review on her behalf. The staff were very considerate and upgraded her room twice, and they helped store her luggage so it was easy for her to move around. They promptly addressed any problems with the room and even guided her to another room, which left a strong impression. Above all, the room was warm and comfortable, so she felt at ease the entire time. All the staff were kind, leaving her with good memories. I was worried when I made the reservation, but thanks to them my mother was able to stay comfortably and I am grateful. If I go to Busan again, I would like to use this place again.

I set the alarm for 7, but I couldn't wake up on time, so I thought I would miss breakfast. When I briefly went outside there was no rice left, but some curry remained. I asked the owner and he carefully served the curry into a bowl, so I mixed it with the prepackaged rice I had brought and ate it. It was not just curry, it tasted full of care and sincerity. I had also bought instant ramen to eat, but since checkout time was approaching, the broth and noodles were left as they were and half of the rice remained. In a way I feel sorry for troubling the owner. The facilities were overall very good; I left very satisfied. I'll come again next time and eat properly at breakfast time then. hsh
Parking was convenient, the accommodation was clean, and the distance from the subway to the place was pretty reasonable ^^
