(However, one inner tube per child is permitted when accompanied by a guardian.)

Commercial photography and photography that may cause inconvenience to other guests is prohibited.

Please cover excessive tattoos with a rash guard or similar garment.

We recommend storing valuables in your room; we are not responsible for items lost in the pool area.

We are not liable for accidents resulting from non-compliance with regulations or negligence.

Please cooperate fully with the instructions of lifeguards and staff.

Please check the guidelines—including operating hours, water temperature, and dress code—before use.

Refunds are not available due to a change of mind.

The facility will be temporarily closed in the event of rain accompanied by thunder and lightning; refunds are not available.

During peak hours (7:30–8:30 AM), wait times of 30 minutes or more may occur.
