I was worried because my skin is sensitive and the bedding was disposable nonwoven fabric, but the material was softer and better than I expected. Overall it was very clean and nice. On the second floor they give Nespresso capsules for coffee and provide disposable cups; the ice maker and other facilities are well maintained and tidy. I stayed at a nearby new place two months ago (Bra*un**) and this one is much better. However, both places share a problem: the shower drains do not drain well. That's a contractor defect. I hope they get repair service or use a descaling agent to fix it.
