Not good. This is an unmanned accommodation with no front desk. Well... it's the typical example of a place that isn't maintained. First of all, it's not clean. If moth flies actually came out from the bed in the room... you know what to expect. I've stayed at many hotels and motels, but this is the first time I've seen moth flies. Moth flies live in unclean places like bathrooms or drains. Maybe the bed felt like a drain to them. Also, whether it was a drain smell or a bathroom smell, the odor was strong. The noise is also terrible. Maybe because it is a tourist area in Jongno, I could hear loud talking late into the night. Also, the room is small and feels a bit suffocating. The entrance is barely wide enough for one person. In contrast, the bathroom is relatively large, but the layout feels odd. And a very serious problem... there is a drain under the shower, but the water does not go down. I've never experienced that before either. If there had been a front desk, I could have at least contacted someone... instead I was just ripped off. Nothing is missing from the list of problems. This will probably be in the top five worst places I've stayed. Of course, in a bad way... I once spent a night at a shocking place in Jongno years ago (it was in worse condition than this). Now I understand. You should not stay in Jongno. I think many lodging places in Jongno trick unsuspecting foreign tourists with flattering photos. If the price were cheap I could understand, but it's not even that.
The owner is friendly. The facilities are good.
I was on a business trip and had a good rest, thank you.
I got a good rest while on a business trip.
It's too dark. If you're only going to sleep, it's not bad for the price.
Clean and well-maintained self-service hotel.
I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but the accommodation was clean and tidy, so I liked it!
So-so, but fine for a one-day rest.
The room itself was clean, so it was fine for a short stay. Compared to nearby accommodations, the price is relatively low, so I thought the value for money was not bad. But I was quite disappointed with the service. First, charging 5,000 won per hour for luggage storage... it felt like the service was poor enough that leaving luggage was a burden. And the manager said they only handle room cleaning and maintenance, and insisted that any reservation issues must be resolved through the booking app. The app had no easy way to contact anyone, and the manager bluntly drew a line saying there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating. The room condition is not bad, but keep in mind that if any problems occur during the reservation process, it will be hard to get help on site.
The facilities are nice and clean. I was a bit disappointed there was only one pillow.
