An additional parking fee of 5,000 KRW for Day Use and 10,000 KRW for overnight stays must be paid at the front desk.

For multi-night deals, parking fees are charged per night and must be paid in advance at check-in.

All rooms can access ★Netflix + Disney+ + Watcha + Tving + Apple TV + Wavve + YouTube★ content cube.

All rooms have ceiling-mounted air conditioning (integrated remote control).

All rooms have individual heating systems (individual room control).

All rooms have premium British double beds.

All rooms are non-smoking (fines and cleaning fees will be charged for smoking).

Please use the designated smoking area near the parking lot!

Disposable amenity sets (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, foam cleanser, cotton swab, shower towel) / contact lens sets (cleaning solution/case) are sold at the front desk.

Minors are not permitted; ID verification is required!

Multi-night stays are possible for Deluxe - Early Check-in / Suite - Early Check-in / Suite Family / Royal Suite & Spa products.

(If purchased as a multi-night stay, the same room can be continuously used.)

When purchasing a multi-night deal, an additional fee is charged per night and must be paid in full at the front desk upon initial check-in.

All Day Use rooms are for ★2 persons★. (No additional guests allowed!!)

Overnight Deluxe, Mirror Room, Suite are for ★2 persons★. (No additional guests allowed!!)

Suite Family (based on 2 persons, up to 4 persons possible with additional per-person fees. 1 double bed, 1 single bed)

Royal Suite & Spa (based on 2 persons, up to 6 persons possible with additional fees. 1 double bed, 4 sets of bedding)

Additional per-person fees for Suite Family and Royal Suite & Spa are 20,000 KRW. No additional bedding is provided beyond what is set.

If more than the initial 2 persons are confirmed in Deluxe, Mirror Room, or Suite, guests will be asked to vacate immediately.

Please contact us in advance for check-in after 3:00 AM.

Reservations without advance contact after 3:00 AM will be treated as a No-Show.

No refunds or check-ins are possible for No-Shows.

Please keep your valuables safe under your own responsibility.

Lost items will be kept for a certain period and then discarded.

Damage caused by bedding stains or damage, use of gel-type or solid-type bath products in the bathtub / or damage to any facilities may be charged at actual cost.
