Only compact, small, and subcompact cars with mechanical parking available can be parked. (Electric cars not permitted)

Mid-size cars, SUVs, luxury foreign cars, freight vehicles, sports cars, vans, and multi-passenger vehicles cannot be parked.

Only one vehicle per room is permitted. (An additional fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged per extra vehicle.)

Parking is not allowed before check-in time.

If you bring a vehicle after making a pedestrian-only reservation, parking is not allowed. (Reservation cancellation not permitted)

Day Use check-out is by 10:30 PM, with a maximum of 11:00 PM.

(Please understand that reservation times cannot be set by the minute; Day Use generally ends by 10:00 PM.)

The maximum occupancy for all rooms is 2 people, and food deliveries must be picked up in the lobby on the 1st floor.

As a non-smoking building according to the National Health Promotion Act, all rooms are operated as non-smoking rooms.

Smoking will incur a CESCO virus care cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW.

Entry exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted, and refunds are not available in such cases.

All rooms are non-smoking.

Damage or breakage of amenities in the room will result in a claim for compensation.

Additional towels and amenities are not available.

Cancellations due to the unavailability of air conditioning in winter are not permitted.

The hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored at the front desk, in accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act.

When going out, guests must leave their room key at the front desk or indicate their intent to leave.

Failure to return, loss, or damage to the room key will incur a fee of 20,000 KRW.

Early check-in will incur an additional fee.

Netflix, Disney+, Wavve, Watcha, Apple TV, and YouTube are available.

Netflix automatically logs in, but refunds are not possible if an error prevents it from working.

Use is not permitted without a physical ID, and cancellations or refunds are not possible.

Only resident registration cards, driver's licenses, passports, Government24 mobile ID, and PASS mobile resident registration cards are accepted as valid IDs.

Photos, Kakao certificates, and certificates/registrations from other institutions are not accepted.

Minors are prohibited from using the app for reservations.

Please check directly with the establishment regarding the possibility of minors checking in before proceeding with a reservation.

The above applies because minors can also make reservations through the application.

No exceptions are possible.

The company is not responsible for any disadvantages such as denied entry or reservation cancellations resulting from reservations made by minors.

A late check-out fee of 15,000 KRW will be incurred 10 minutes after the Day Use or stay reservation/usage time expires.

30 minutes after the Day Use or stay reservation/usage time expires, the reservation will automatically change to an additional Day Use or stay.

Rooms will be assigned randomly within the same room grade depending on availability.

Deluxe and Suite room types are assigned randomly.

Guests may be assigned a room different from the images, and refunds due to a change of mind are not possible.
