It was clean and I had a comfortable time.
Above all, the staff's kind service was impressive. Whenever I had a question, they helped me attentively with a bright smile. Thanks to them, I was able to relax in a cozy, warm atmosphere like at home. It's a hotel where a lovely scent and sincere kindness come together, so I definitely want to visit again.
The staff are sooo kind 😊 The room was spacious so it didn't feel cramped and was comfortable. I'm especially sensitive to smells, but I rested well without any discomfort. Overall it was clean and tidy, so I'm satisfied!!
Other than the cigarette smell and the sink not draining, everything was fine.
