Electric vehicle charging is available in the parking lot of the Pyeongtaek Hub Hotel.

All rooms offer free access to Netflix, TVING, Disney+, Watcha, and KakaoTV.

Rooms are assigned at random.

Parking is not permitted before your reservation time.

Only one vehicle per room is allowed.

Pets are not permitted in the rooms.

Please be advised that guests using medical assistive devices

(such as wheelchairs or crutches) will be denied entry for safety reasons.

Non-smokers must use non-smoking rooms.

Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a charge equivalent to one day’s room rate.

Minors are restricted from staying here; ID will be checked upon check-in.

Reservations for minors staying alone are not permitted, and such guests will be denied entry.

Refunds are not available for reservation cancellations due to guest negligence, personal circumstances, or change of mind.

All facilities (furnishings, towels, and all items) are valuable assets. Compensation will be charged for any damage caused by negligence or intentional acts.

An additional fee will be charged if you check out after the designated check-out time. (1 hour: 5,000 won ~ Deluxe Room: 7,000 won)

All rooms are for 2 guests; an additional 10,000 won will be charged for each additional guest (single occupancy not permitted). (Additional payments can be made on-site.)

You may not use any staining substances, such as hair dye, inside the room; if discovered, you will be asked to check out without a refund.

Preschool-aged children are not permitted to stay.
