Clean; I used it well before leaving.

I always use all four locations they operate when I go to Yeosu and had been satisfied, but this time they left me with a truly disappointing experience. They notified me by text that the room had been changed and allowed me to use it without changing the passcode, which suggests they did not consider that another guest could open my stay at any time. If the goal is to turn a space that should be very private into a shared space for everyone, this kind of handling certainly makes that possible. I express my disappointment and astonishment at the operator's behavior, which does not even seem to understand what the problem is.

I always use this place when I go to Yeosu. It is very clean and the facilities are top-notch. I always stay comfortably and sleep well; it was very relaxing during my business trip.

I was disappointed by the bathroom cleanliness... The floor covering was coming up and made a flapping noise every time I walked.

Yeosu Ungcheon First City Hotel Premium has a great view, is clean, and is very comfortable to stay in. The nearby lakeside park is excellent for walks. It is a hotel I have always enjoyed and consider a very good place to stay.

I visited on a business trip and booked it because it was nearby after working late. There was a boiler so I could sleep very warmly, which was nice. I would recommend this place to people on business rather than a motel or hotel. It is closer to an officetel than to typical lodging, so it felt like home and was comfortable.
