Hotel Guess Who Gwangalli

So good, amazing view!

This accommodation is right in front of Gwangalli Beach It's more spacious than I expected, so I like it.

The room was very clean and I think I'll stay here every time I visit Busan!! I had a really restful stay.

.Watching the stunning Gwangan Bridge view made me really happy and it was a wonderful time.

[At time of booking: Deluxe Double - Front Ocean View] When I entered the room the ocean view itself was nice, but I was disappointed because the rooftop and antenna of the adjacent building were visible right next to it. I asked if it was possible to change to another room with the same conditions, but I was told that the current room was the highest-floor and best room among the same type and that it was fully booked, so a change was difficult. During this process I was told that "other guests booked at a rate roughly equivalent to two nights for the price of one night." Of course we did book at a discounted rate, but it was a reservation made about four months in advance through a Yanolja promotion. Because this was a trip for an anniversary and we prioritized an ocean view when booking, we would have chosen a different accommodation if we had known the room condition in advance. They said an upgrade was possible for an additional fee and provided the price. In the end, it would have amounted to roughly the regular rate, so it felt burdensome. Before going out in the evening I went to use the toilet and found hardened urine stains on the center front of the toilet seat, with traces running downward. I wiped it myself with tissue dampened with water and used it. The next day before going out I gathered the used towels in one place and tidied the bedding somewhat before leaving. After returning, I found that only the used towels had been collected, new towels had been supplied, and two bottles of water had been added; amenities had not been refilled and cups had not been washed. Later, while using the shower booth, there was no drainage at all and the booth flooded with water, so I ended up having to shower again in the bathtub. When I called the front desk they said someone would come up to check, but it was already past 11:00 PM and my companion was sleeping, so I said it was okay for the time being. When I asked about the standards for room service, I was told that room make-up such as amenity replenishment or cup washing is performed only when specifically requested. This is the first hotel I have stayed at where the door hanger for room make-up is required to request service. The staff's responses themselves were not bad, but I was very disappointed with the room cleanliness and basic maintenance.

It was technically a borderline ocean view, but the facilities were clean and nice.

The overall condition of the place, including cleanliness, is excellent.

I like the central location. It's new so it's clean, and I'm very satisfied with the bedding.

It's brand new so it was clean. The view faces Gwangandaegyo Bridge directly and it's the best. However the heating was way too strong so it was a bit hot haha

Very clean and the view is excellent!! Although it's a bit to the side, we were able to see the drone show too
