Lavienz Maison de Haeundae

Our baby was sick so we asked to cancel the reservation a few days in advance, but they said cancellation was not possible, so we could not use it. The phone staff were very, very kind!!

I think I will use this often. I like it.

Before booking, a prior notice about vehicle parking is necessary. The entrance/exit driveway is steep and the risk of accidents is very high.

The parking situation ruined all satisfaction here.

The interior of the accommodation was clean and matched the photos. However, when I took a shower at night and tried to use the towels, two of the five towels had spots and stains, so I felt uncomfortable using them. Since our family of four was staying, I asked for fresh towels the next day, but they told me I had to go to the front desk to pick them up. I could not understand asking the guest to come down to collect towel replacements when the request was due to stained towels. Also, when checking in, I felt the staff at the front desk did not seem like hotel employees. There was no basic greeting when guests arrived, and the check-in instructions were inadequate. Finally, after checkout I realized I had left an item in the room, so I called to ask them to check. Fortunately it was not far, and I planned to pick it up if they found it. However, the front desk staff said they would check and contact me within an hour, but I did not receive a call, so I called twice more and ultimately had to go to the hotel and ask them in person to check. I had already told them the exact location of the lost item during the first call, but that information apparently was not passed on to housekeeping, and they just said they were waiting until cleaning was completed to see if anything was reported found, which I couldn’t understand at all. I had given the precise location and room number and was told the room had not yet been cleaned, so they could have just checked right away. When I arrived at the hotel, two staff were at reception but were seated and had not confirmed the lost item. After requesting again, one person went upstairs but only confirmed whether cleaning had been done without checking the actual location of the lost item, and only after I mentioned it again did someone who appeared to be the manager come and go up to check the room. This service level is almost like an unmanned hotel. The manager finally confirmed that there was no lost item in the room, and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to hear that one sentence. No matter how nice the room is, with service like this it’s hard to call it a hotel, right?

I had to come down to Busan so I stayed two nights with my family as a trip. It was very clean and nice.

It's newly built so it's clean, but the cleaning and dust condition seem insufficient, like moving into an apartment before the move-in cleaning is finished.

Maybe because it was newly built, it was clean, cozy, and nice. Having a washer and dryer is awesome~^^ I had a good rest and am leaving~
