I traveled to Pohang with my family and stayed here. The interior was clean and pleasant.
It was newly opened so I kept meaning to try it and finally went this time. The accommodation was very clean and smelled nice! You can watch TV right from the bed, and there is a folding table for eating, which was convenient! Especially having an electric mat made it even better~!

※This is a 4-story building without an elevator. Rooms on floors 1 through 4 are assigned randomly based on booking order.
If you are traveling with young children, the elderly, or a pregnant woman—or if you have difficulty walking—please send us a message in advance, and we will do our best to assign you a room on a lower floor.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including guest rooms, restrooms, and hallways.
Smoking indoors will trigger the smoke detector → You will be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for damages.
(It takes 2 days for the cigarette smell to dissipate = A fine of 100,000 won + 100,000 won in damages will be charged.)
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area (to the right of the building entrance).
Only one vehicle per room is permitted.
Please be sure to contact us in advance for additional parking.
Do not use flammable materials such as candles, incense, or butane gas.
Fire hazards such as decorative candles, electric heaters, and fireworks are strictly prohibited indoors.
In the event of a fire, please evacuate promptly via the stairwell.
Please keep all facilities clean for the next guests.
You will be charged the actual cost for any damage, soiling, or loss.
Cooking and Food Restrictions
Food with strong odors (such as skate, snow crab, and fish) is prohibited indoors.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged in cases of severe odor or soiling.
Access by non-guests other than those with reservations is strictly prohibited.
An additional fee of 10,000 won applies for extra bedding.
Additional charges apply for exceeding the occupancy limit; if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, check-in will be denied and guests will be asked to check out.
If unauthorized entry is detected, guests will be asked to check out immediately following CCTV verification, and no refunds will be issued.
In case of an emergency, please contact the front desk, dial 119, or go directly to a nearby hospital.
Emergency evacuation instructions for the property are provided in each guest room.
No loud noise or excessive drinking after 10:00 PM.
If your behavior causes discomfort to guests in neighboring rooms or neighbors,
