Overall, the overwhelming atmosphere and the views were wonderful. One big disappointment was the room maintenance and cleanliness. Even considering the main wooden floor is outdoors, it was not maintained at all so we had to request cleaning, and the inside of the room wasn’t unlivable but it was awkwardly messy. For example, the telephone and the router cords in the room looked like someone started tidying them and left them hanging everywhere. When I opened the wardrobe it looked like a storage closet stuffed with junk, which made me go, "huh?" Still, with such a large property and landscaping like this, I expected diligent upkeep; the outdoor feel was very nice. Breakfast isn’t unbelievably delicious but it’s prepared earnestly and adequately. Overall the staff and service felt friendly and they did their best. And the artworks are really good, so be sure to see the exhibition. I would consider staying again to see the art, but cleanliness is a concern..!

I was curious about the house in the forest so I went to check it out, but it was just so-so and not particularly special. Keep in mind because it’s in the mountains there will be insects.

There were scenic views and things to see, but when I checked in and went inside, things had been left as they were, so I asked staff to address it. Breakfast and dinner had many shortcomings.
