- Simple cooking is permitted in all rooms

- All amenities in the room are designed for the standard occupancy, and staying with more than the maximum number of guests is not permitted.

- Infants under 37 months are not counted toward the total number of guests.

- Minors may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian.

- Please note that we do not allow guests to stay with pets.

- A penalty fee of 30,000 won may be charged for entering the room before the designated check-in time.

- While we strive to ensure a safe stay, please be advised that the property cannot be held liable for accidents caused by guest negligence. Additionally, in the event of damage to or loss of items, guests will be required to compensate the property for the original purchase price.

- All areas within the building, including the outdoor balcony, are non-smoking zones. Smoking will result in a 150,000 won penalty or a ban on future reservations at any of our locations.

- Guests who cause harm to or threaten other guests will be asked to leave immediately.

- Please be considerate of others during “Quiet Hours” after 9:00 PM.

- If a room is left in poor condition due to guest use after checkout, a special cleaning fee may be charged.

- The orientation of the bed, the view, and the decor in the room may differ from the photos.

- The room rate includes taxes and service charges.

- By 5:00 PM two days prior to the check-in date: 100% refund

- After 5:00 PM two days prior to the check-in date through the day of check-in, and no-shows: No refund / Cancellation and refund fees may apply
