It was clean. I was worried because it was small, and it is small, but since we were only sleeping there the compact size meant the air conditioning cooled quickly, which was nice. There was a fan and an electric mat in the room. The room key seemed to have some issue: two were issued at check-in and one more appeared at check-out, but it did not cause any problems using it. It would be good if the room number were written on the key. Recommend.

Reasonable for the price The walls between rooms are too thin, so it is disappointing that you can hear people showering at night.

Not very spacious but clean, and above all the biggest advantage is that it is non-smoking. However, because it is operated through an unmanned monitoring center, their response to unexpected situations is excessively slow. I had to enter an empty room to check the water temperature myself, report it to the monitoring center, and wait over an hour... it felt like I paid to experience working a motel part-time. Around 10:30 PM, hot water wasn't coming out so I called the unmanned monitoring center. They said, "We'll give you the key to the vacant next room, check it" -> "We'll give you the key to the room above, check it" -> "The owner has left to fix it" -> problem solved. This simple process took a full two hours. It seemed to be something like the boiler temperature setting, which a staff member on site could have fixed in a minute. So why on earth does it take 30 minutes just for the monitoring center to tell the owner one sentence? I had to call again because I couldn't wait, and only then they said, "We'll give you the key to the room above, check it"... They should at least tell me what is happening so I can decide whether to wait or find another solution. Also, if the owner came to the site and fixed the issue, shouldn't they inform me that they were coming? I contacted the monitoring center again after nearly an hour with no progress, and they told me they had already fixed it and left... "It will be back in 10 minutes". Why do I have to ask to hear that? Is it so hard to say, "It's fixed, please wait a little, sorry"? Because unexpected situations like this can always occur at lodging businesses, there should be on-site staff. Call it an unmanned monitoring system if you want, but their work is careless and their speed is terrible. Owner, please consider changing the service provider or rethink this setup.
