The Gleam Hotel Incheon

I use this place often, but the night service is really disappointing. Why is there a manager? Because the vehicle is large, parking in the underground lot is inconvenient. If there are many cars or the spaces are tight, it is even more inconvenient. We would prefer not to be charged and to park underground. Have you seen how damaged all the underground curbs are? Even in that tight area, parking is possible on B1. The car is really big, bigger than a Carnival. But people park on B2 without knowing anything, and I don't think it's right to talk like that. If you set the outdoor parking gate sensor to open the barrier yourself, why complain about it? They tell you to park underground at dawn, and when you call they wake up and answer with annoyed words. From 6/9 we have another consecutive night booked, and today I had to go out briefly for an urgent errand. They firmly said the outdoor parking gate does not work at dawn. I did not want to talk to the night staff face to face, so I am writing this here. I really like this place, but I'm starting to dislike it.

For the price, it is no different from a regular motel. The room is small.

It was clean and the interior was comfortable, so I was able to stay very comfortably during my business trip.

It's about a 10-minute walk to the downtown area and the surroundings are quiet so I rested comfortably! The room I was assigned was bigger than I expected!! The bathroom was divided, so it was convenient to use! Everything was fine! I think I'll use it again when I go to watch a baseball game in person!

Hygiene was the worst. They must wash the comforters with only water because the stains stayed the same. The refrigerator door was full of dust — it was so dirty I had to wipe it myself. And the expressions of the male staff on the first floor... when I asked them to clean because I was going out, they responded with annoyed faces and a grumpy "yeah, yeah." If you're going to be like that, don't call it a hotel; call it a motel. Do not expect cleanliness or friendliness here.

The accommodation is very quiet and clean. The bedding was also in good condition. I rested well.
