I thought there would be only one bed, but it seemed they upgraded me! There were two double beds!!! The cleanliness was excellent, and I loved the location and being on a high floor. I'll stop by again next time!!! Highly recommend, highly recommend.

The room condition and facilities were generally clean, and because it was a residence-style place I was able to use it comfortably. However, while I still had time before checkout, a housekeeping staff member entered the room by entering the password without knocking or giving prior notice. I was staying alone as a woman at the time, and I felt very embarrassed and threatened. Unauthorized entry into an occupied guest room is not something that can be seen as a simple mistake, and I believe basic room management and security procedures were not followed at all. Because this concerns privacy and safety, it definitely needs improvement. This incident seriously ruined my overall stay experience.
