○ The Time Hotel operates as a contactless, self-check-in property.

○ How to Check In:

After 15:00, please enter through the main entrance of the building and proceed to the left to find the kiosk.

(There are two elevator entrances in front of the kiosk.)

On the kiosk, enter the reservation name or the last 6 digits of your reservation number to receive a receipt + room number and your room key. Then, take the elevator located directly in front to find your room.

(Example: Room 604 -- 6th floor, Room 1004 -- 10th floor)

○ How to Check Out:

Before 11:00, please touch [Check Out] on the kiosk and then re-insert the room key into the slot where it was issued.

□ Please note that a fee of ₩10,000 will be charged for lost keys.

○ How to Request Assistance:

If you cannot confirm your reservation information on the kiosk or need assistance, please pick up the phone next to the kiosk and press 1 to contact the hotel.
