-★Absolutely no smoking throughout the entire property (a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if violated.)
-★This is not a party room. It is an accommodation for comfortable rest. We strictly enforce quiet hours starting from 11 PM.
(If other guests' sleep is disturbed by noise such as drinking, singing, or shouting in the early morning, forced eviction will occur without refund.)
-★ Pets are not allowed (a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW for allergy care will be charged if violated.)
-★No use of personal open flames due to fire risk (candles, incense, butane gas, etc.)
-★No cooking of strong-smelling foods such as BBQ (samgyeopsal, steak), grilled fish, or seafood stew. A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if violated.
-★Free parking is available along Musimcheon Stream, a 1-minute walk away. Detailed instructions will be sent via text message on the morning of your check-in day :)
-Please strictly adhere to the number of reserved guests. (Forced eviction will occur for any additional guests entering without notifying the property, regardless of reason.)
-Food deliveries (Coupang, Market Kurly, etc.) must be received by the guest themselves on the 1st floor after check-in time.
(Please do not share the entrance password with delivery personnel for your safety and the safety of other guests!)
-Due to many potential hazards in the interior, only guests aged 5 and older can stay.
-Given the nature of the accommodation with tile floors, rough plaster walls, and fragile decorative items, please exercise extreme caution during your stay. (Children, in particular, require special attention from guardians.)
-Unauthorized commercial filming (including wedding snaps) is strictly prohibited.
-If decorative items, fixtures, or bedding in the accommodation are damaged, the cost of purchase will be charged, and civil and criminal liability may be incurred in the event of theft.

Cleanliness and vintage style are perfect. There is almost no dust. The owner is really good about cleanliness. I will come again next time! I usually don't post photos, but it was so perfect that I'm sharing them.
It's clean and I always get a good rest here.
Cozy, and the thoughtful amenities let me relax comfortably.
I stayed here before and had a good experience, so this time I tried a different room. It is still a fragrant and cozy space! The room I used this time was on the fourth floor, so there was less noise, which was nice, but going up and down the stairs was a bit inconvenient. The cherry blossoms visible outside the window were so beautiful that I ended my trip in a great mood.
You kept in touch by text, so I felt cared for. I had a good rest, thank you.
The room itself was satisfactory, but noise from the room in front or above was very audible, which was a bit disappointing. Also, there was no drinking water. I understand there was no toothbrush, though.
It was cozy, clean, and very nice!
