Please be informed that the standard occupancy for each room is 2 people, and additional charges will apply for extra guests.

(Additional guest fee: 10,000 KRW per person; additional blanket: 10,000 KRW) Event rooms incur a fee of 20,000-30,000 KRW per person.

Check-in closes at 3:00 AM (room assignment may not be possible for late arrivals).

Identification will be checked upon entry, and minors are restricted from entering.

(Please bring your ID. Mobile IDs or ID photos are not accepted.)

Pets are not allowed.

The PC in the room is for internet use. Refunds or room changes are not possible due to game-related errors.

Integrated OTT provided in the room is a service item. Room changes or refunds are not possible if the integrated OTT cannot be used.

Accommodation check-in time is 5:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 PM the next day (we will contact you via intercom 30 minutes before check-out).

Room extension is 10,000 KRW per hour. If paid in advance, 3 hours cost 20,000 KRW.

Please inquire with the accommodation for multi-night stays (intercom 0 in the room).

Rooms are assigned at check-in and may differ from the images above.

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. If the fire alarm sounds due to smoking, guests will be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor smoking areas.

Smoking in the room will result in eviction and a claim for damages (cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW or more).

Please inquire at the counter for laundry service.

Civil and criminal procedures will be taken for damage or theft of items in the room.

All rooms are inspected immediately after check-out.

Smoking, theft, and damage to rooms are checked immediately.

1 room = 1 parking spot. An additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for extra parking.

Event rooms can park up to 2 vehicles, and for early parking outside the designated check-in time, please inform the counter.

Please ensure you park within the lines and provide your contact information.

One electric vehicle charger is available, with an additional 2 planned for expansion around August.

For electric vehicles, please move your car once charging is complete.

For 1-ton truck tops, one entrance has a height of 2600. There are 4 roofless parking spots available (parking inquiry required).

Rates may vary during peak seasons, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).

This is an establishment where minors are not permitted, and reservations made by minors (for entry) are non-refundable.

If damage is caused to room facilities (including bedding) during your stay, including the attachment of event items, a separate repair fee may be charged, so please refrain from any actions that could cause damage.

Mixed-gender stays due to gender imbalance and intoxicated persons may be refused entry, and guests exceeding the standard occupancy will be asked to vacate immediately.

All rooms had their air conditioners disassembled and cleaned in 2026~~

All rooms offer free viewing of integrated OTT (Netflix, Disney+, Watcha, TVING, Watcha, Apple TV).

Available for viewing after pressing (external input) in the room.
