Gorae House Daejeon Eunhaeng

The accommodation provides everything like a hair straightener, paper cups, straws, plastic bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc., and the owner is extremely kind ㅠㅠ They sometimes tell jokes which are funny ㅎㅋㅋㅋㅋ The bedding was good and clean. When our group visited Daejeon, we are 100000% willing to return.

Clean and cozy, I liked it.

I stayed with my child and, without separate contact, they saw via CCTV and brought extra blankets. It’s a friendly and tidy accommodation.

If you plan to tour Sungsimdang when visiting Daejeon, Gorae House is the best. It's close to the underground shopping arcade exit, and just across the street is Jungang-ro Sky Road, so the route is perfect. The bed is soft and comfortable, which I liked. It was great that they changed the bedding to a thinner blanket since it was getting warmer. One downside: when I checked in this time, there was a bundle of towels left behind the bathroom door from a previous stay. It would be good if they checked this during cleaning.

I was so satisfied I had to leave a review! The room was spacious, the TV was big, and the bathroom was clean. Heating and cooling worked well, and the overall condition of the place was pleasant! The location is close to Sungsimdang, great for lining up early, but it's not on a super noisy street so I could sleep without noise! Above all, the owner was incredibly kind.🥹 They even stored the Sungsimdang cake in the fridge for us and gave us extra sodas to enjoy with the cake.😭 They kindly checked that the TV worked and that the air conditioning was running... Thanks to the nice accommodation, my Daejeon trip ended happily. Thank you, owner!!

The space was spacious and pleasant. The best part was being within walking distance of Sungsimdang, Jungang Market, and the Skyroad. I could also park in front of the building :)

The interior was very clean and they provided basic shower amenities, which was nice. I'll come back if I visit Daejeon again~~!

The location is good and the owner is friendly. However, it felt like the partitions were temporary so there was a strong draft; even though it was May, it was very cold. There is basically no soundproofing, so noise from the neighboring room carries through and can disturb sleep.
