Clean and the location is really good haha

This accommodation is on the 19th-20th floors of Gwanghwamun Koreana Hotel. After entering the main entrance on the first floor, a GloCaroca staff member kindly guided me to the elevator on the left. When staff are not present, they said you can take a visitor card and check in on the 20th floor. It was a great location for a family trip. The room rate was slightly cheaper than the Koreana Hotel, and the front desk and hygiene staff were very friendly. The shared kitchen was cozy and had a nice atmosphere. It was a bit disappointing that the sink drained slowly and that there was no free cancellation even though it was not a same-day booking.

Really good. The staff are kind. The shared kitchen is clean. There is a massage chair in the common facilities. The room is spacious. I would visit again.

I was on a long business trip; the staff were friendly and it was nice.

Clean and spacious. In the morning there was some noise from a protest, but it was not too bothersome. The simple foods provided in the shared kitchen were good for breakfast :) The staff were friendly and pleasant.

I came on a business trip and I'm satisfied.

Everything was fine... but they overcharged for parking.. Even though I stayed overnight, they charged 20,000 won... I did not want to argue so I just transferred the money and left, but I later saw that valet parking was 20,000 won... I never handed my car to valet.... I was too annoyed to go back and argue. This was the first time I was charged for parking despite staying overnight, so it was ridiculous... Even though I wrote my name/contact/vehicle number and other customer information at check-in, my vehicle was not registered and they did not manage it at all.
