The cleanliness is good and the atmosphere is neat. It's nice that you can watch a variety of OTT services. Above all, Raon does not smell of cigarettes, so I use it often!!

Overall it is clean and quiet, so it is very comfortable to relax! The OTT options are varied and well set up, so it’s great to relax while watching Netflix or YouTube. The amenities are packaged luxuriously and thoughtfully prepared!! Having plenty of towels, strong water pressure, and very good hot water are also big pluses 👍
