Hours: Inquiries and requests can be made via Urbanstay chatbot or phone, operating 24 hours.
Check-in is contactless, and check-in guidance will be sent to your contact number at 1 PM on the day of check-in. (For same-day bookings, there may be a waiting time of up to 1 hour for check-in information to be sent.)
As part of our environmental protection efforts, disposable toothbrush and toothpaste sets are not provided as standard, and bathroom amenities are changed to large-capacity dispensers. (A 50g toothpaste and 1 toothbrush are sold for 4,000 KRW.)

Toddler products (toilet seat cover, footrest, bathtub mat, spoon/dinnerware set): 5,000 KRW/set
Up to the maximum occupancy per room, including adults and children, is allowed; exceeding this is not permitted.

All areas within the building, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. Violation will result in a 150,000 KRW damage fee and immediate eviction, and cancellations/refunds due to this reason are not possible.

If items provided in the room are damaged or lost, compensation liability will be based on the original purchase price.
Early/late check-in/out requests may incur additional charges and may not be possible depending on the situation.
※ To ensure a spacious room environment, amenities for the first night are provided at check-in, and up to 3 nights' worth are provided according to your schedule.
If you need additional amenities, please request them easily via the mobile front desk, and we will deliver them.

The night view was great, cooking was possible, and the soundproofing was good. However, the cleanliness was a bit disappointing because there were hairs on the floor. I would like to use it again next time!
I always use it for good value. However, this room was at the very end so I could see Ulsanbawi Rock from the room, which was nice, but the blinds there blocked the light a bit less, which was disappointing.
It's great — very satisfied in many ways.
Even though I arrived late, mobile check-in was available so I could check in conveniently and quickly! Parking registration could also be done in advance, which was convenient 😀 The accommodation was clean and nice! The location is right in front of the beach, so it was great for night walks! The view including Sokcho was pretty at night! If I come to Sokcho beach again, I will probably use it again 🙌🏻🩵
I'm really going to come here every time I visit Sokcho. For this price range, it's this clean and nice... I highly recommend it. Parking is also plentiful.
