It was the worst. If you are taking guests, you should not use this hotel. If you book through an app, both the guest and the person who brought them will be uncomfortable. They said things like, "You should not book through an app when hosting a guest," and "You sold the room to a guest." Is that something a hotel can say to a guest? The hotel's only reason for saying this is that the price differs between buying through the app and buying by phone, but if that is the case, shouldn't they only accept reservations by phone? Both the guest and the booker had the worst experience.

I never want to go again. Because I bought through an app, they scolded me, asking why I didn't contact them directly to purchase. If that's how it's going to be, I don't understand why they sell rooms through Yanolja. Just take reservations by phone only.
