Charcoal/Grill Usage Guide

Charcoal/Grill Set (charcoal, grill net, and charcoal fire setup in BBQ grill): 30,000 KRW

－Charcoal fire is available from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and can be requested at check-in.

－BBQ and charcoal fire are not available after 8:00 PM.

－Individual additional charcoal and grill nets can be purchased at the convenience store.

- All additional fees are payable on-site.

Booking Notice

Reservation Notice: [Check-in/Check-out] • Check-in from 3:00 PM / Check-out by 11:00 AM 　- Check-in/check-out is based on the day of arrival, and for check-ins after 10:00 PM, please contact the front desk in advance. 　- For exceeding check-out time, 100,000 KRW will be charged per hour; after 2:00 PM, 100% of the one-night rate will be charged. . [Deposit and Open Card] • A deposit of 100,000 KRW per room may be required upon check-in, payable by credit card or cash, and fully refunded upon check-out. • When opening a credit/debit card, the collected card company name, cardholder's name, card number, and expiration date will be discarded at midnight on the check-out day. 　- Room service, facility usage fees, and charges for loss or damage may be settled with the open credit/debit card. . [Occupancy and Additional Guests] • You cannot check in exceeding the maximum occupancy for each room, but additional guests beyond the standard occupancy are allowed within the maximum occupancy. 　- An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per night applies for extra guests, which includes 1 set of bedding, 2 towels, and 1 bottle of water. . [Minors] • Minors (under 19 years old) can only stay with parental consent or accompaniment; co-ed stays are not permitted even with guardian consent. 　- Please note that check-in may not be possible for minors unaccompanied by a guardian, in accordance with the Juvenile Protection Act. . [Room Amenities and Housekeeping] • Room amenities are provided for the standard occupancy, and additional requests are available for a fee. 　- Towel 1,000 KRW (1 piece) / Beach towel 2,000 KRW (1 piece) / Amenity set (for 2 people) 10,000 KRW / Additional bedding 30,000 KRW (1 set) • For consecutive nights, water replenishment and towel exchange are provided free of charge per night, and full room cleaning is provided free of charge every 3 nights. Other customer requests for room cleaning are subject to a fee. 　- Cleaning fee: Varies by room type / On-site payment. . [Cooking Food] • For the next guests, cooking odorous or smoky foods such as meat and fish is prohibited in the room. In case of room contamination due to this, a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged. • All grill menus can be cooked on the Weber grill provided on the room terrace, etc. Use of the Weber grill and charcoal briquettes are available for a fee. 　- Weber grill charcoal fire 30,000 KRW / Additional charcoal fire 15,000 KRW. . [Check-out Arrangement] • For the next guests, please ensure simple room tidying, dishwashing of cooking utensils, and proper waste separation and disposal before check-out. 　- A cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if dishwashing of cooking utensils, waste separation, and disposal are not performed. . [Entirely Non-Smoking Facility] • CASA32 Resort is an entirely non-smoking facility; smoking is prohibited outside designated smoking areas. Smoking will incur a fine of 100,000 KRW and a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW. 　- Designated smoking area: Between Building A and Building B . [Lost and Found Reporting] • Lost and found items are received and stored at the front desk. Upon customer request, if the item matches after simple verification of stay and item specifications, it will be sent by courier (cash on delivery). 　- Lost and found items will be disposed of or donated if there is no contact for 3 months. However, food items will be disposed of on the same day, so please understand. . [Ancillary Facilities Usage Guide] • The infinity pool is free for staying guests only. (Available hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM) • Swimwear is highly recommended. • When using the infinity pool (depth 1.1m), children under 130cm must wear a life jacket and enter with a guardian. (Large tubes, alcohol, and food are prohibited.) • The cafe and all convenience facilities are available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. . [Private Pool Villa Heated Water] • Use of the heated pool in the private pool villa is available for a fee only upon advance request at least 1 day before the stay; otherwise, it is available at room temperature. ※Heated pool use is not available for same-day requests. 　- Heated pool 200,000 KRW (per night) . [Important Notes] ※ All rooms are non-smoking. ※ For 'assigned at check-in', specific rooms and bed types are not guaranteed. ※ You may be assigned a different room from the images shown, and room views are not guaranteed. ※ Rooms with a specific view are not guaranteed. ※ Minors cannot make reservations. ※ CASA32 Resort does not request cash payments to personal accounts from guests with completed reservations. Please be careful not to transfer accommodation fees to personal accounts. We are not responsible for damages caused by transfers made to personal accounts.
