Everything was perfect, but one thing: The soundproofing does not work. Fortunately I was with an adult coworker, but if I had been with family or children it would have caused major problems in terms of upbringing. It was so bad I even wondered whether I should call the police.

I was satisfied because cleanliness, layout, service, breakfast, and price were all perfect, but *the soundproofing* is weak. I don't understand why I have to be aware of someone else’s enjoyment... I don't see why I have to fully share someone's extreme preferences. You definitely need to add soundproofing construction. This seems to be a representative accommodation in Gyeongju that many foreigners visit, too...

This accommodation is located in the old downtown. The cleanliness is excellent. The breakfast was decent, and they paid attention to cleanliness throughout the meal, so I could eat pleasantly. Since it is a remodeled older property, the room size was not large, but the mattress was comfortable and the bedding was good.
