The customer service was great, and I loved that attractions, things to do, and restaurants were all nearby! The air conditioning worked well, the soundproofing was good, and the toilet and shower were separate, which I liked :) I would be willing to visit again 😊

Pros: Good accessibility and close to popular restaurants and Gwangandaegyo Bridge The Simmons bed was very comfortable so I slept well The hotel parking spaces are few, but there is an affiliated parking lot Relatively newly remodeled and clean Cons: I had read many reviews saying it was small, and it is indeed small It might be hard to hang and store thick winter clothes The room is more vulnerable to noise than expected

After my first visit I was satisfied and came back for a second time! I booked a Type C room after seeing a photo with a freezer, but the room did not have a freezer so I was disappointed. However, the staff were very kind and stored our items in the staff freezer, so it was okay!!!! The air conditioner was too weak, so when I mentioned it they moved us to another room!!!! But... the shower did not drain...... the water overflowed.... it was very inconvenient...

The staff are so kind and they respond right away, and above all the bed is extremely comfortable - 🥹 If you're staying in Busan, I definitely recommend Sandstay. Haha. It has a great atmosphere so it's really perfect for couples on a date.... + It's super clean and full of a lovely scent 😭😭 I'll come again!!!

I stay here every month for business trips 💙 I even plan my travel days so I can stay here. Even across all of Busan, this is the place with the best interior for this price range (Ah, I wish they would loosen the air conditioning a bit more...)
