Minors are restricted from using the hotel.

Minors can check in only when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

IDs will be checked upon check-in; failure to present one will result in restricted use & no refund.

In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any items provided, compensation for damages and cleaning fees will be charged.

If smoking is detected, guests will be asked to vacate immediately, and no refund will be possible.

A penalty of KRW 200,000 will be additionally charged for future room unavailability & cleaning due to smoking.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided free of charge in all rooms (luxury Aesop brand).

In accordance with the law prohibiting the provision of disposable hygiene products at accommodations, amenities are not provided free of charge.
