The room condition is good and the room is spacious. There is a convenience store right in front, and nearby are Gatbawi, Haesang Park, and many places to eat. Parking is also convenient.
Clean and quiet, basic amenities were provided. It was good.
I'm satisfied. I came for a business trip and plan to visit again.
The standard occupancy is 2 people, and additional charges for extra guests must be paid at check-in. (Entry is not permitted beyond the maximum occupancy).
Rates may fluctuate during peak season, specific dates, and holidays (including the day before).
Pets are not allowed.

All visitors are requested to present identification, and in accordance with Article 29, Paragraph 4 of the Youth Protection Act, individuals who refuse to verify their identification will be restricted from using the facilities.
Please note that cancellations/refunds are not possible for entry refusal due to reservations involving unaccompanied minors.
Even for special rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people, mixed groups of 3 or more people, other than family units, are not allowed.
All rooms are non-smoking, and indoor smoking violations may result in a fine, as per Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and additional charges related to odor removal may be applied.
Compensation may be requested for excessive damage to laundry, wallpaper, furniture, etc. The use of tape for events, and fire-hazardous materials such as gunpowder and fireworks, are prohibited. Compensation liability may be charged for damage or fire occurring after their use.
Rooms may not be used for purposes other than accommodation, and commercial video filming is not permitted.
In accordance with Article 153 of the Commercial Act, all cash and other valuables, as well as valuables inside vehicles, must be stored at the front desk. The affiliate is not responsible for any cash or other valuables not stored at the front desk.
When going out after check-in, please leave your card key at the front desk if possible. A fee may be charged if the card key is lost.
Excessive noise caused by activities such as drinking or shouting may result in eviction, and no refund will be processed.
Damage or theft of room items may result in criminal charges.
