I really like it~~ It's very atmospheric. But it takes a bit of time to get there. It's not that hard to find, and compared to the atmosphere and the place, I can accept that.

Parking Information

There is no dedicated parking lot, but since this is Dongmun Market, there are many public parking lots nearby.

The Dongmun Seafood Market parking lot is the closest, within a 1-minute walk;

simply enter [Jaki Coffee] into your navigation system to find it.

You must leave the first five parking spaces from the entrance empty and park as close as possible until you hit the speed bump.

(Large vehicles pass through due to merchants’ early morning work.)

- If you are driving a rental car, please be sure to display your mobile phone number on the windshield.

- If parking before 6:00 PM, you must pay the parking fee in advance at the management office.

- Free parking hours: 6:00 PM–9:00 AM; it’s generally quiet after 6:00 PM.

Since seafood trucks need to unload in the early morning, you must leave the first five parking spaces from the entrance empty. (You’ll be contacted early in the morning.)

Smoking Information

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

You may smoke outside the first-floor entrance.

(Please be sure to keep your key card with you, as you will not be able to re-enter without it.)

Cooking Information

There is a dining room that can accommodate up to 30 people at a time. You are free to use it until 11:00 PM.

However, you must clean up after yourself (washing dishes, clearing tables, etc.) when you’re done.

(For guests staying multiple nights, the dining room is also available for lunch and dinner.)

Dormitory Rules

A dormitory is a room shared by multiple guests. While it may be somewhat inconvenient, it is a popular choice because it offers relatively affordable rates and provides opportunities to make new connections and find travel companions.

- Guests aged 40 or older are not permitted.

- If you are a light sleeper, please choose a private room instead of a dormitory.

- Please refrain from late-night activities as much as possible, and if you must, please be considerate of others.

Breakfast Information

Breakfast is provided free of charge.

Please enjoy the meal served on the long table in the dining room on the second floor from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The selection includes toast, cereal, and Han River ramen, and we have coffee, tea, orange juice, and water available.

Guidelines for Consecutive Night Stays

We strive to provide the utmost convenience to guests staying multiple nights.

Private rooms are not cleaned so that you can rest comfortably. Please let the front desk know if cleaning is needed.

Due to unavoidable circumstances, dormitory rooms are cleaned between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Please do not return your key card; please return it at checkout.

The dining room is always available. (Open 8:00 AM–11:00 PM, except for cleaning from 10:00 AM–11:00 AM)

Luggage Storage Guidelines

On the day of check-in, you can drop off your luggage for free before 4:00 PM and go sightseeing.

On the day of check-out, you can leave your luggage at the hotel for free all day and go sightseeing.

After finishing your trip and retrieving your luggage, there is a direct bus from the hotel to the airport, or you can take a taxi to the airport for the base fare.
