I use this place whenever I go on business trips!!

It was clean and I used it well.

Oh my god I love it so much🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The most important thing for me is hygiene, and it was very clean. There are room slippers, and even walking barefoot I didn't step on anything on the floor. The bathroom and shower are clean, and there was no sewer smell or cigarette smell at all! The soundproofing is not bad. I don't know if the next room was vacant, but I couldn't hear any noise from it, though I could hear hallway noise. Also, the OTT services must be used with your own account, which was a bit disappointingㅠㅠ But YouTube worked so it was okay!! There is a convenience store right in front and Deokjin Park nearby, so it's nice for a walk. I am 100% planning to visit again.
The front desk staff were friendly and the room was in good condition.
It was very clean and pleasant, and the staff were really kind. They even upgraded our room for free, so we rested comfortably and had a great time! If I come to Jeonju again, I will definitely stay here again!!!
I paid over 10,000 won more than elsewhere, but it did not feel new. The Styler was broken, and even after searching with AI and trying various things it did not work. We checked in late and it was cold; when I called the front desk they said it would take about an hour and told me to turn on the electric blanket and sleep. Even with the electric blanket on high, the floor and the air were cold so I shivered all night. I could not leave the blankets. The hot water went cold intermittently and could not maintain a steady temperature, so I was very cold before and after showering.

1. For a clean environment, all rooms in our hotel are designated as non-smoking areas. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 250,000 KRW may be charged.
2. For guests staying consecutive nights, room cleaning is provided upon request. Cleaning hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please request at the front desk or send a text message (room number and reservation name) to 010-3331-8743.
