I had a comfortable stay.
Accommodation exactly as in the photos Friendly guidance BrownDot, which I always use I stayed comfortably and am leaving~
Clean, the refrigerator works well, spacious and nice. The owner is kind 👍
The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing was relatively good, so it was a comfortable business trip. The front desk staff are very kind!

Brown Dot Hotel Guest Guidelines
01. An additional fee of 20,000 won per person (ages 3 and up) applies for exceeding the standard occupancy.
02. Please adhere to the check-out time (automatic extension and additional charges apply after a certain time).
03. Only one week’s stay per room is permitted (Please inquire for additional parking.)
04. Pets are not allowed.
05. Minors are not permitted to stay (Proof of adulthood must be provided via a physical ID card, the PASS app, or a mobile ID).
06. Minors are not permitted to stay alone.
07. Reservations made by minors are non-cancellable and non-refundable (however, minors may check in if accompanied by a parent—please bring a family relationship certificate).
08. All rooms are non-smoking.
09. Guests engaging in excessive drinking or disorderly conduct inside or outside the hotel will be subject to immediate eviction.
10. The hotel is not liable for any loss or theft occurring within the hotel due to guest negligence.
11. Room keys must be returned at checkout; a charge of 20,000 won per lost key will apply.
12. Guests will be charged for the cost of restoring any items in the room to their original condition in the event of theft, damage, or soiling.
13. Lost items are held for 30 days and will be automatically disposed of after that period.
