As part of our environmental protection efforts, disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste sets are not provided as standard; instead, bathroom amenities are provided in large-size bottles.
Chargers, hair straighteners, and skincare products are not provided.

Simple cooking is permitted in all rooms.
Cooking meat, fried foods, and fish is prohibited in the rooms.

Additional guest fee for adults: 35,000 KRW (payable on-site)
All in-room facilities are designed for the standard occupancy, and staying beyond the maximum occupancy is not permitted.
Infants under 36 months are not counted toward the total number of guests.

Minors may stay only when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Please note that we do not allow guests to stay with pets.
A penalty fee of 30,000 KRW may be charged for entering the room before the designated check-in time.
While we strive to ensure a safe stay, please be advised that the property cannot be held liable for accidents resulting from guest negligence. Additionally, in the event of damage to or loss of property, guests will be required to compensate the property for the original purchase price.
All areas within the building, including the outdoor balcony, are non-smoking zones. Smoking will result in a 150,000 won penalty or a ban on future reservations at any of our locations.
Guests who cause harm to others or engage in threatening behavior will be asked to leave immediately.
Please be considerate of others during “quiet hours” after 9:00 PM.
If a room is left in poor condition due to guest use after checkout, special cleaning fees may be charged.
The orientation of the bed, the view, and the design of room decor may differ from the photos.
The room rate includes taxes and service charges.
