When moving within the hotel, please use a pet stroller or carrier, or carry your pet directly, and please have them wear a diaper or male wrap.

For the safety of your pet and the comfortable rest of all guests, please never leave your pet alone in the room when you go out.

Please collect your pet's waste.

In case of complaints due to excessive barking, immediate eviction may occur without refund.

Guests are responsible for any accidents or damage to property occurring within the room, so please be careful.

If facilities are soiled or damaged by biting or scratching, a separate repair fee may be charged.

If urine gets on room towels, bedding, etc., other than the pee pad, a disposal fee and towel/bedding purchase fee will be charged to the card provided as guarantee.
