Hotel Hyusoo Guro

It was quiet and pleasant.

The air conditioner worked well, the interior and bathroom were clean, so it was perfect for relaxing with my girlfriend :)

I had a good rest. I'll come again.

The accommodation was changed unexpectedly, but I had a good stay and am heading out now.

Always good. Soundproofing is poor. I can hear the next room's phone ringing. The hair dryer was broken so I couldn't use it......

This hotel has fairly distinct pros and cons. I enjoyed the small bar on the first floor, and you can tell they use upscale amenities. The layout is efficient for the room size, so it's compact. The location is good and there is a CU convenience store right behind the hotel. However, the bathtub has no step, so it's inconvenient getting in and out. I could hear people talking as if there was only a single wall between the adjacent room and the bed. I could hear other noises easily too.... I wish they would fix the soundproofing issue. The neighboring room was quiet from around midnight, though. I'm hesitant to stay because I'm worried there might be noisy guests late at night.

It just tries to feel Japanese. Maybe they copied the typically small Japanese rooms, but it's too tiny—it just feels like a cheap dorm room. Even though it's next to the road, the soundproofing is awful. Even with the window closed you can hear cars driving by. Tall people might hit their legs against the wall 😅 There are only two coat hangers placed outside the room by the entrance. In winter there's nowhere to store thick clothes. It seems like a remodeled old motel, maybe trying to recoup renovation costs, so weekday prices are not cheap. Unsatisfied for the price~

I returned because I had a good experience before, but someone who seemed to be the owner started knocking loudly and glaring, telling me to check out from 11 AM. I thought they could call, but there was no phone. What kind of system is this? It was awkward and unpleasant for both of us... The interior is pretty and clean so I wanted to become a regular, but it is disappointing. I hope this gets improved.
